brand new spax rear coil overs, adjustable damping but fixed height. you can obviously change the ride height with different length springs

Cheersno idea on poundage and i havnt measured. ill fit them to mine tomorrow to see how hard they are an ill measure there open and closed length. i bought them as nova coil overs and i know they fit

grill gone and orange brace is gone as soon as the cheque gets here

right after much uggering about with the standard jack and an axle stand that was to big i managed to get the coilovers onto my saloon. with the current springs it drops the ride height by 60mm. as previously said if this isnt low enough you could always get different springs

also fully closed length is about 12 inches and open length is 17 inches
