As titled. These are stiffness adjustable. The fronts by a key, the rears by a screwdriver. Lowers the car -60mm. Nova top mounts for the fronts included. I have repainted the rear shocks and springs, never got round to doing the fronts. They are abit tatty, but clean(ish!).

Top mounts included. Springs could do with a lick of paint.

wats the difference in these an coilovers?
can you adjust both of these? rear an front? an how far?

No hight adjustment, just dampening

These are NOT height adjustable, just stiffness (front and rear). The drop with these fitted is -60mm.

What do you want to change? They are not height adjustable, i.e the height is fixed and determined by the spring height. The only adjustment is to the damping.

i want to drop the front an the back, front an rear i think has 60mm all round but doesnt look it,

Oh. You running springs only at the mo? That could be why. This was a -60mm drop. Will try to get a pic of them fitted to the car if it will help?

Shocks provisionally sold, so springs will be available.

Shocks sold. Springs available later this week once i have split them from the front shocks. They give a 60mm drop.
