kawasaki green nova wip

i bought this car about five months ago out as a spares and repair section on piston heads and found out the owner had bought it off here and crashed it two days later then it sat out side his garage for a year. here are pics of how it used to look.

when i got the car home when i bought the front drivers wheel was bent under the car the tie rod was ripped out the cross member bumper was damaged and wing was dented. so i stripped it down and found rust so ordered a new front panel and cross member . he are pics of behind front bumper.

other bits that where broken when i got the car was one 2.0 hub that had the thread ripped out a bent spax coilover. how the lad managed to do all this in two days of owning it ?

wow that some damage so whats your plans for it put it back to how it was??? i did lke this car before.

are you replacing the whole front panel. dont suppose i coudl come down and watch/help for when i do mine?

well im a bit slow getting this on the projects section
but since ive had the car its had a new front panel and cross member a new hub, new front suspension,new rad,new lower arms and tie rods all powder coated and polly bushed,new wheels as it didnt come with the speed lines and a tidy up at the moment just trying to get money together for a full respray

This where my bent bottom arm came from lol. Still need to look which side that actually is.

well i had another nova when i was sorting this one out and i mesured how that was from point to point and used the same messure ments. to this as this had been crashed wasnt sure how good it would be. and as for the green beast paint next and loads of other bits after that but its hard at the moment as i have no job.

lol andrew na bent one was cut up we cut it in half welded a toeing eye to it mounted it back on the car and used it to pull the chassis leg back out lol

i memba seeing this car first time i seen it an wanted it, nice car needs abit of tlc,

well the front wing is different but i think i like it !!!!! do the other side to match

the door doesnt look a diffrent colour when u see it in the flesh. but car is goin to have a full re spray soon and wings like that as i thought it looked better than just a black one

Car will look great when painted and the odd rust spot tidied up. I think it looks ace on the white speedlines too.

yeah my aim is just to get it back to its previos best then put my own touchs on it ive already got a mk2 rear bumper to go on quater window surrounds and a few other bits just saving really to get it painted
