Ok so having paid a deposit to Rich Metcalf for his shell im going to get rid of mine. As it stands now but with a knackered bonnet.

So as of saturday it will be stripped to a bare shell. I might leave the flocked dash and digi clocks in along with a rear strut brace. Engine, wheels, seats and suspension components will all be removed.

Shell is a 1991 1.2 which was converted to a LET mid last year. Seam welded bay along with plating kit fitted and top mounts (done by Chris Astley Motorsport). Bay was seam sealed and stone chipped before painting. Front cross member modified to suit an intercooler. Shell had full repspray 3-4 years ago in Vaux Flame Red. New arch repair panels and few other bits and bobs like indicators holes removing, delocked passenger door and semi flush boot. Few spots of rust on doors, sills and wings. Slightly dented tailgate and front bumper has a slight knock. Car has been washed weekly and the paint still looks great. Interior sprayed with black stone chip and fully stripped out. Anyone wanna value it for me?

would need more pictures of things like chassis legs, rear boot floor, inner wings, also whats the underside like

TBH, as said, need up to date pics of it and the areas that need attention. If your shell is good why buy another?

Confused to the countdown till this gets closed comment? This is pretty much upto date, ill get more detailed pics this weekend. Just thought id get the ball rolling.

As an addition to selling stuff...

Stop already with the "how much is this worth" sly for sale ads. If you really are dense enough to not know how much you want/need for a part, then use the search on here, google, or ebay (including the ended items search) to get a handle on the going rates. If you have a really rare part that you've never seen before, just ask for what you think is sensible but prepare to take offers

Clearly im just interested to see what peoples thoughts are. Not a 'sly' for sale add. Thought that was the point in going on forums to get other peoples opinions on things.
