Sanding Astra GTE teardrops

All you guys out there that have resprayed Astra GTE teardrop alloys, can you share how you sanded the inside of the "teardrops".

I've destroyed a pack of sanding paper and my hands kill and I'm getting rather pi55ed off with how many there are....

(Getting close to using a sand blasting gun in the shed lol)

use sand paper wrapped around a bit pipe like 22mm copper and sand sand sand.

Tried the same kinda thing, problem was it was eating sand paper like nothing else.

Got a feeling the sand blasting kit's going to have to come out

Sounds silly but what sand paper are you using?

/\ 20 grit lol

Just using 60 and some 150 grit, just to take the paint back. It's getting in all the fiddly bits thats destroying the paper.

Just going to blast em.
