weird noise

can't remember if i have asked this already but here goes
when i turn the ignition on i can here a funny noise coming from the rear of the car(sender unit next to the rear right wheel me think) should this happen is it normal? :?: :wink:

the funny noise is the fuel pum ppriming. When you switch the ignition on, the fuel pump will come on just for a couple of seconds just to make sure the fuel rail is preasurised. Listen to it, and switch the ignition on but dont start the engine. The sound will stop after 2-3 seconds. Then start your car and everything will be fine. Nothing to worry about atall mate.
