Siezed calliper?

Whe driving my car occasionally the steering wheel started to vibrate harshly from side to side and a nasty noise comes from the front left wheel. It does not pull the car to one side however. When i look at the wheels after a journey the left alloy is very hot and so is the caliper, while the right side is normal. Could this be a siezed calliper? I am not sure as it does not pull the car to one side at all, and it does not do it all the time. Help :?

do the calipers themsleves feel hot? when did you last change the pads?

yes callipers are hot. They are cavalier ones that have recently been put on (about 2 months ago). Had almost new pads on when bought

there was a post about this july last yr,
right take the wheel off,undo the cailper,and clean it,then check the rubber seels
