right thanks for looking the funds are right to do a c20let project and this is the spec i was thinking but want to no what you folks think.:)

phase 3 chips
3inch front pipe
3 inch exhaust (two middle boxes and one back box)

standard top hat (want to keep cover)
xe inlet cam and vernier

metal head gasket

i am wanting about 300bhp when run in will that be enough

300bhp is usually the Max the KKK turbo can produce, and it should do it on a very healthy engine with the right boost and fueling. So to answer your question yes, its achieveable!

sounds ok but at 300 bhp as keith said the std tubro there fairly on the limit, a std one thats never been rebuilt wouldnt last very long.

no chance if u keep it on the standard top hat. and i would be thinking about running 2.5" boost pipes and 3" is even abit over kill on the exhaust (unless ur planning on future mods and a big turbo)

so to add to the list for me it would be

big top hat (3" or a regal one)
vxr injectors
uprated fuel pump
uprated actuator..
2.5" boost piping and exhaust

Doable on what you've listed, as said tho the engines gonna have to be in a healthy state and the K16 is gonna be pretty much at its limit, if its an old 100k miles Turbo then it aint gonna last very long !!
Only other things would be an uprated fuel pump and a summet like a -34 Actuator.
The std tophat will be a slight restriction but it'll still make that power no probs (mine did and i know of others a well).
No need for VXR injectors either IMO, a good set of yellows matched with a decent pump will be fine.
Boost pipes will be fine as well, mine made that power on 2" pipes.

PS - I've got a frehly rebuilt K16 Turbo and a Bosch 044 pump forsale ! ;)

id go for a gt28 or gt30, as said the std turbo is at its limit, and you dont wanna have boost spikes etc. even a stage 3 t3 hybrid is good nuff.
