this isnt my project as such but i am very much involved in it, as i am with all of my mates projects lol. the plans are for a ubber silly fast track/road car. hes already got the 350bhp zvh sitting in his shed so time to build the van ready for it

it started out as a bog standard derv piece of crap lol

we lifted the van over the engine as it was lighter than lifting the engine lol

then bolted the running gear back on and started stripping the engine bay

we then turned our attentions to making it even lighter

the rest of the floor will be coming out but its being used as a shed at the mo

we have also done the rear window in polycarb but no pics of this

now this mod took quite abit of convincing but he eventually came round and now says its hes favorite it :). yes its the good old corsa pedal set up and being as its in the place of the original wiper motor mount its having a corsa wiper aswell.

we also got all the engine bay stitched up

Once saw a red estate Mk4 at Croft, smoking everything in sight. Assuming a high end ZVH or Cosworth powerplant was under the bonnet. Looked a shed but went like nothing I've seen.

just luck. it only really needs a pair of wings as they are a little scabby at the bottoms. not a spot on the rest of it tho.

there was a wight one on chrome wheels from round here that what 500 odd break with the zetec turbo was around untill recent. not shure what happend to it!! some of you may have seen it in max power it was on a few off there videos.

will be a interesting build this even if its a ford lol

started off with finishing welding up the bulkhead and then welded in the servo mounting plate. its all ubber strong, really happy with it

i dunno wether it was luck or judgement but the pedal is perfect. it doesnt look it in the picture because the throttle pedal is on the floor.
