my nova is lowered 60mm and at the min ive got vectra 5 spoke alloys (et46 i think) and ive got 195/45/15's on and they dont scrub or scrape any where. been looking at gettin some new tyres and i can get cheeper 195/50/15's than the 195/45/15's.

just wondered if any one's got 195/50/15's and lowered 60mm without scrubbing???

Depends on the car.
I had 195/50s on mine, and they rubbed with people in the back, so i had to grind the arches back.
My front wings were also folded flat.

195/50s make 15" wheels look utter pap too.
I'll only be using them for pod/track use.

many of the older users of the site used to favour 185/55/15"s, they look much better than 195/50's

I personally always liked the 195/45's

A mate has his Nova lowered 60mm with cesaros on 195/50 15 tyres and it doesnt rub at all.... up to personal preference really. I'd go 195/45 personally seeing as you are lowered 60mm.

I've got 195/45's on my car too ET43, its only lowered around 30 - 35 but they rub with 2 people in the back.

Thing is with Nova's is that they arent all the same due factory tollerances, so one Nova may have slightly more space then another IIRC 5mm or so.

Seeing as your wheels are ET46 then its closer to the preferred offset so you may have less issues.
