i have oz superturismos they are 16x7 et 37 what is the most i could take off the mounting face so they are still safe
got about 5mm of flay surface untill you get to the angled bit if you know what i mean and 5mm on the angled bit

that will give me 41 offset dont think thats gonna be good enough is it

I wouldn't even go as much as 4mm tbh. A 1mm deep hub mount face isn't much.

Cut/Roll your arches and bend them out a bit, if its not too low you could probably get away with standard or machining them down 1mm or so.

its lowered 50 to 60 mm front 60mm rear and the arch lips are cut away

bear in mind that the width dictates the offset, not what the original 4" rims were for ;)

have a play with the wheel offset stuff in my sig link to find out more :D



As for machining Aloys, yes you can do it, but you need to check how deep the bottom of the bolt holes are before you get it on the mill/lathe

im taking the wheel to the machinist guy and see what he says about it all and what he thinks is safe to take off
