Offset question.

Just a quickie, if i have et 37 rims, and if i add 20mm spacers, will that make the rims technically et17? I'm having a bit of a moment!

id imagine so john, as the et is the mm offset from the centre line of the wheel.

Thanks guys, was sure it was, but you know whn you just doubt yourself lol. Hmm methinks it's a good job i have round arches, and some machining may be in order!
