Ive just fitted a pair of 16v brake calipers to my nova. The brakes work well with a great pedal, the problem is that when driving over bumps you get a clunking noise from the off side. This is only since fitting the new set of calipers.

Any ideas what this could be????

Have you double checked everything is tightened up?

^^What i was just about to say.

If i was you, pop off the wheel and check everything, not just the brakes

as above just double check every thing is tight also make sure the flexi is'nt rubbing on anything

what size wheels have you got on.

14" - and before you say, yes they clear

check for anything which might be close to the wheel also so when the wheels moves up and down it might hit something. had a clunking noise from mine, turned out to me a rubbing mudguard. they make one hell of a noise
