Is this 20 or 25 years? Or is it something else?

Are there any exections?

It used to be anything older than 25 years but it has changed now. No exemtion apart from cars built in 1972 or earlier. I just asked my dad as he is exempt (well his car is) a relient Scimitar old K reg
