I agree completely, but with all motorsports there are risks, and unfortunately things like this are impossible to prevent

I'd be very surprised if that's Tetsuya before surgery, even with modern surgery, skin grafts etc...amazing if it is him tho!!

I saw the picture in an article about him and the crash, and assumed it was the porsche driver because i felt the same way you do, but the porsche driver did not suffer burning (well, maybe a little bit) So i'm pretty sure it's Tetsuya

Its not him. There is no way he would be able to recover from bursn that bad to look like he does. Thats just a random photo of a burnt person

Yeah that is true If you are in to these kind of sports then you need to be prepared for injuries that bad unfortunatly :(
