gsi nova non starter

Hi there i have a91 nova gsi e16se which is refusing to start there appears to be no spark . There is power going to the coil and i checked the coil and it appears to be ok . I took the king lead off the coil and cranked it over and there is nothing . would anybody no what it could be ? many thanks Brian

my guess is either the crank sensor or there is a fault in the loom that powers the coil.

thank you there is power going to the coil the car was running and i turned it off when i went to start it again there was nothing
