AH well thought i'd give you an update on my progress on fixing the girlfreinds nova up,I done not bad as i got talking to one of the guys i used to go to school with and he is nowa mechanic and i got a good deal with him new gear box cylinder head gasket and sump gasket and timing belt oil change new sparks and radiator all fitted for ?150 so the next things on the list is tto sort is
leak at fuel tank secure sender unit(any ideas r appreciated)
new cv joint
weld boot and landing panel
new driver door 4 f plate gte (rough price?)
then spray 8)

If it helps........ I got a door for a 1992 SR for ?20, I got it off a G reg 1.2 and spent ?30 on spraying and ?50 on 'SR' and side trim.

As long as it's a 3dr it will fit, there are differences between Mk1 & Mk2 on the internals.
