Front wings.

Screw's that hold the front wings to the bit beside the door how do i undo them ???

do you mean the screw inside (kickwell) or the one on the bottom om the wing(sill)

x2 10mm bolts inside of the A post, top and bottom. Remove trim and remove. There is also a 10mm bolt in the bottom of the sill.

So remove interior trim :)

yeah remove the kick panel and you will see the two bolts that hold the wings on from inside :)
