i went from 11 to 16 stone in 12 months...
getting it back off is taking much longer.... about 14.5 now though.

My New Years Resolution is to cycle into work so that I can take me Nova off the road and clean her up. I'll also save loads of cash and get fitter...Weeeeeeee :D
