Lowered springs

Help me, I fitted -40mm springs to my car the other day and they were fine, I jacked the car up to do work to the arches and when I let it down the sprinks keep creeking. can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Mite b coz there new, drive it slowly about 15 mph and keep chucking hard left and then hard right and see if it stops, if not check that you have tightened the nuts ontop of the shock up enuff. If all else fails call the company you bought em from and ask them.
