Do Recaro Headrests fit SR Mk1??

Does anyone know if Recaro headrests from an Escort RS Turbo will fit a Nova SR (I think the standard seats are Recaro)??? But would look better than plastic standard headrests!

Other vaux headrests will fit if you want rid of the plastic ones.
