another old vauxhall - well opel

picked this up real cheap from a vauxhall breakers on the weekend
its a 1975 opel kadett 34 years old:eek:
its mint under neath never welded and the boot floor is spotless it needs a pair of front wings and rear lights but other than that its good
im goner put a xe in it soon but wanna finish the nova first
the curb weight is 750 kg light as fook and its rwd so should be fun

the 2 doors are nicer but this was a steal i only gave 100 quid for it
it starts and runs mint goes well for a 1.2 aswell

Seems you know where to find them then ! I was fairly happy about paying double that for my nova in similar condition to your kadett. :)I'm having trouble convincing the parents the garage is for a car atm (seriously, dictionary definition is? lol) but i'll be on the lookout for one to restore over summer even if I have to rent a unit somewhere, manta a's make me weak at the knees lol

Gotta admit I do prefer the mantas with a boot on them but much the same plans, xe'd as a weekend/summer toy, mind you gotta find the car first lol and sneak it into the garage when no ones looking :D
