Seen this as well, not keen on how the centre caps are 'fixed' in place

yea it is matey but mk2's are ok but as said they are just nowhere near as good looking as a mk1 imo!!! but if you want a gsi let me go buy one and ill swap it for your sr lol

just not me tbh i think they almost ruined the looks off the car when they made them mk2 i prefer the sqareness off mk1!!

Have to agree with dj wudgey with regard the mk1.
Thats alot for a gte nova.But im sure someone will pay that price.
I do feel people think things are worth more than they really are, wouldnt give more than 1600 personnely

i knew you'd hold up the side lol mk1's rule!! but as said before it depends how much some one is willing to go to get what they want!! i love gte's but i doubt id go as far as 2 and half grand but if i saw a mk1 sr for the same money in similar condition i probrably would go for it!! its just worth what people want i supose lol

Totaly agree matey. something about them
I had to hold up the side for the mk1, couldnt let you do it on your own...strength in force.lol lol
But i think we can see that

to be honest i wanted to use my gte every day but could get insured but it was going to be like 3 grand lol
but my first sr cost me £1600 for my first years insurance just beacause i put speedlines on!! it would have been £800 fully comp with no alloys but beacause i had a job i was mr cash so i thought and just payed it lol
if i had the choice again you know id take my chances with not declaring the wheels
now my insurance on the sr is £660 odd with all add on's ie my windows are coverd break down recovery all that balls and my mods and they think it has speedlines on it now even though it has'nt!! just give it a few years and it will be cheap
then ill set about building a gsi so i can have your sr lol
the sr is the best
