Just wondering if anyone can help? goting to need a chassis plating kit sharpish. I know i can get them from Chris Astley but was wondering if anybody knows of a cheaper supplier? Thanks

i disagree, seen damage made through less power, some nova's are just stronger than others, some built better, hence why some nova's are still in very good nick and others are kitchen utensils, not willing to run the risk on mine

thats just due to using a crappy shell for the job.... stitch welding the seams is a fantastic way to secure it all and saves cocking about with plates.
I agree with Stu, I've only seen one nova seam start to pull apart and it was welded and had rust. And it was driven hard.
Tbh they arent needed unless used for Rallying which is what they were originally designed for.Stitch welding will suffice

had a lot o good dealings with conversion mount solutions,good prices and good to deal with.
What did his start to spilt?yes his red daily drive has split a number of times. at the png national event he showed us where it kept splitting
