as above a few of you might remember me buying this
i basically stole this for what i gave for it lolhttp://www.seriesoneturbo.co.uk/images/smilies/saythat.gif
as i wanted a toy this summer as the s1 is half way through the resto

as it come it requireed a patch of welding a few electrical niggles
handbrake cable
interior rebuilding and general tlc
the first pic i have posted is how i got it
it looks like its doing a wheely its that high at front
horrible wipers just didnt look right to me

what i have done recently is handbrake cable (had brand new drums shoes and bearings on rear BONUS lol)
fitted my ambers
had the welding done
shultz black 2 cans underneath and in wheel arches
sorted choke out for carb
fitted my old shox and springs on front from my old s2
fitted new track rod end
rebuilt inside best i can till i get some parts
fitting me rs1600i door cards as they were xr3 in it

last one was a sneaky of the s1 has i had garage door open for first time in months
the 16i rep needs few bits and bobs inside to finish
a parcel shelf uncut
a dash in my opinion and heater matrix as heaters dont get warm but pipes red hot
front spoiler painting satin as id like to leave standard but some tool has painted previously http://www.seriesoneturbo.co.uk/images/smilies/BangHead.gifgonna try blasting with steamer to try get it off
front bumper black trims painting satin
new headlight plugs ill nip scrap yard and cut and solder some on
16i door cards fitting off to get in a minute bought them from ebay from mark wenn(royal nail van)
fitting unpainted black mirrors
rs16i lower fogs ive my eye on some
then sort all the bodged wiring inside out and fit some speakers in front
wire spots and fogs up
toying with tax exempt plates or trying to get old style which shall i do
also my rsoc tax holder comes soon and ford rallye sport decal for rear window
also need some rear overiders as it looks too plain to me

S1 Resto. looks good as well, mate of mine got one of these a while back and the car looked super clean until he started digging. Rust galore!, made me feel good about my nova.lol

Took him a couple of years but he got the car looking superb and running like a dream. Torquesteer ftw :thumb:

yes mate sunburst red is the colour
and the s1 will torque steer like hell as it is zvh efi around 270 at wheels:)
the 16i is only 1.6cvh xr3 carb:mad: but still nippy
and my s1 is 63k 3 owner car been in storage majority of its life and very solid

i know some one that Owens a rs1600 and no to be funny but they look 1000 times better in the flesh for any ford hatters lol

has it got 5 spoke wheels from the rosso area cos my pal sent me a pic of it in the garage in rosso just to piss me off as mines in bits lol

no mate its in bessacarr its got white 5 spokes on it and it has old school ford across the front window!!

yes thats the one my mate sent me a bad mobile phone pic of it in the garage near rosso is it the esso i think on bawtry road

lol yea thats besacarr thats not far from his house!! its cost him a fair penny that! including buying the car its cost him over 8 grand it was a shell with loads off bits when he got it! its been resprayed its pretty mint like lol

will look better wuth the rs side decals on and boot one with 17 inch rs7 spokes

hes got most off the decals now but not yet had them fitted he's keeping the white rims aparently they were an optional extra from the factory so he's keeping them!!

i dont use it that much like matey but i cant beileve youve never seen it though!!

ive had this sr for 4 years i had another white sr before it aswell but i only ever use this one in summer!!

where abouts are you from like mate i live down near old rovers ground me

but as for the wheels im just going off what ive been told like!!

have you a white sr with no back seats and 2 buckets is this yours as ive seen that one it plled into motosave car park while i did a stint of working there when i got laid off

yes i was mate this i had a white corsavan gsi rep on speedlines before i remember seeing your nova in car park and was gonna ask if it was for sale as its very tidy
