rear arch cards??????

anyone got any good ideas on what i could use to replace my rear arch cards with??? not sure weather i want thin ply and fabric covered or chequer plate or what... ideas or web page with pics would be appriciated thanks...:thumb:

carbon firbe sheet? that looks cool, but thats expensive, but yes thin ply cheque plate would look coolish i think mite be a bit heavy, or some type or plastic
