Classic stuff, "Cool Knight Rider style hubcaps" I expect it has a special button to engage the turbo, launching the car into the air so it can jump over goons cars and cardboard boxes.

I really dont get this, hes got the haynes manual their, how could he not have realised it wasnt a turbo, due to a lack of turbo in the engine and about it in the book lol
And:

"Cool Add-ons:

Full set of original Vauxhall footmats (4)"How is it a cool add-on if its original? lol

He has got to be in breach of ebay rules, I wonder if he has ever been in a turbo'd vehicle of any description

original message sent.....

Dear valuecraftshop,

please could you alter the wording of your listing.
the car is not a 1.4 turbo, it is simply a 1.4 carburettor model & someone has stuck a cheap aftermarket badge on it.
you maybe think this badge is funny, but someone could actually buy it in the mistaken belief that it is turbocharged.

I have reported this sale to eBay

reply received this morning.......

Dear mowgli,

I take your point, but there's no need to be nasty mate. I listed the car in good faith according to the badge on the back. Remember Im a real person - you wouldnt say such things in real life

- valuecraftshop

the listing got stopped at 2:36am..........

lets look for a relisting

if they think I'm being nasty, they've obviously never upset me.........

I just stated the truth, and asked them to change the listing.

Haha, class answer bud im liking it lol

Tis very true as you were only being helpful as some joe puddin could buy it thinking it az got b00st y0 and then sue him for breach of contract or whatever for wrongful listing!

right, I responded to the seller again with this.....

Dear valuecraftshop,

Hi, I wasn't being nasty. I am a member of a national vauxhall nova club, & I was trying to correct an incorrect statement. but I take exception to your comment about not saying such things in real life.... the whole point of the ebay listing is to be truthful so that the bidders end up buying what they believe an item is, and not an old car in very good condition but with some aftermarket stuff stuck on it. honestly, the car would be worth much more with the badge & trims etc taken off & a more serious listing. these cars are getting much more popular, and good examples are climbing in value.

he replied with:

Dear mowgli,

You have a valid point, but it was genuine mistake / ignorance, not a deliberate action on my part. That's why I objected to the tone of your message and your reporting me to ebay. I am now in trouble with them and my ebay account is at risk of being shutdown! You could've simply given me the benefit of the doubt?
