some work on the Nova

been doing some work on the car today,Took headlight's out to check for rust and i am pleased to say i didn't find any:thumb:

Also changing the indicaters back to standard,because it had clears,did some cleaning aswell in the engine bay,now im going to put some waxoil where the lights sit,then they can go back in:D

looks good - I blasted all round my ligyt housings with waxoyl after I refitted my lights - certainly helps keep the worm at bay...

Ahh yes theres some a on passenger side too.

Before you wax oil it you would be better to get a stone on the drill and grind the little bit of rust out, treat it with a good rust treatment anti rust primer and paint, them wax oil. Still a lovely little Nova.

No harm mate it didn't leave the factory like this, don't get me wrong it's a beauty and if you ever want to sell her put me first on the list and I'm being seroius, and I'm not slagging the car I've yet to remove my headlights too, so it's fingers crossed for me that mine rust free but you can see it in the pic's

Not picking fault with the car it's beautiful but you can see it, totally love the car and as I said if Joe wants to sell I'm very interested.

my sr's not ive had this random guy that kept coming round trying to buy mine he kept going up a little in price each time!! it started to really get on my tits after a few times untill i took it to offence and told him to get the f*ck off my garden

it really does get on my tits though as it happens quite often lol yet there is no for sale sighns in the window!!!!

oh and yea matey put up your progress we want to see it lol

all you need to do with that now id get all the engine polished up like i did do with mine but the engine is fooked now lol it started rattleing at the bottom end on cold then one day warmed her up like allways the booted it out into a gap on the main road and oh dear lol
but this is what it did look like i wanted to paint the head aswell but i supose its a good job i didnt
