Welder needed .

Hi Girls and Guys,

Would anybody happen to know a good Welder in the Berkshire area?

I have called some local garages and they charge a fortune for what would be 10-15 mins work at max.

One garage said £65.00 plus VAT per hour just for Labour. :cry:

The area has been prepared and will be finished, simply need somebody to weld a patch over the small rectangular hole. It is in the engine just behind the water bottle on the strute.

About 3 inches long and 1cm wide.

Anyone able to help :confused: I have my MOT soon.

should be about 30 for the welding.

My friends son is a mechanic in Reading, so he is going to do it on the side cheaply.
