the only problem is cambelt??
does my valves smashed by pistons?

perhaps,

stick a new belt on and turn it over.
you may be lucky, at worst you will have damaged a few valves.
but it all depends on the conditions in which it broke. ie speed/revs

downshifting from 4th to 3rd gear aprox 4.000rpm.

no
the spi can cause trouble even at low speed
but any cambelt failure could result in damage if the valve was at max lift at the point of failure

no the biggest problem is that your belt has broken. probably due to gross neglect or incorrect replacement.

1.2 8v doesnt. Minimal cam lift.
