Quaife do one too (mike oxford - quick shift) , quick rack and pinion kit for a Nova, 2.5 turns lock to lock, ?64.00

technically speaking

IS having a quickshift or quickrack good?

are they worth getting? is there any major work involved in fitting them

obiously less turns is good, but how is steering and gear changes affected?

for the better or worse? or are these both rally slags / track days only?

I've got one and it helps make handling the car at high speed thru tight corners much easier. Externally nothing is changed just the gearing of the rack and pinion. Its an arse of a job to do cos its at the back of the engine compartment and its a right old fiddle to undo it and wriggle it out. Probably debateable whether its worth it in an everyday road going vehicle????

Would be worth fitting one to the flying machine?

Matt :)
