Nova snowplough bumper and vinyl

I have a nova snowplough front bumper-top and bottom half

the top has is brand new still in vauxhall wrapping, the bottom part is minted

also have some 1.3 sr boot vinyl-brand new still in vauxhall box

offers around 160 for snowplough (top part cost me nearly £95) and 100 for vinyl

How does the snowplow fit to the existing bumper? I'd drive down and fit it there if it's just a few clips screws. Would you sell the bottom part on it;s own? How much?

Me, I bought it. It's no tow eye cover and cap for where the screws would go but never paid £150 well Petrol from Glasgow to Leeds and it's prob more than that.. Hey, they don't call me Daftjohn for nothing :)
