Nedding a Gsi towing eye cover and dealer says it onlyl ists a 93 onwards Gte/Gsi bumper eye cover so concidering Gte was stopped about 1990 im guessing its right but if anyone can pull there cover off and check part code

if you spin it around (so you are looking at it from the driver seat) look at the 9 squares to left of the toe eye its in the top right square ( at the top next to the two eye lol if that makes sence? dont make me take pics please lol
