Hi there Have for sale My mk1 1985
Its B registered, a 1.0 and has 41k genuine miles, its green but has great paintwork slightly touched up around rear arches, nearly no rust, amd just a small ding in the front bumper.
Green carpet, doorcards, seats and dash etc all great condition.
I only have the service book rather than all reciepts but it has been stamped by the same garage for the last 20 years. There is a possibility i can get all the reciepts for it though, as its the garage i work at that has done all the work its whole life. EDIT....unfortuantaley cant get papers for it:(
I am the 3rd owner of this car, the other 2 were both in the same family.

Thanks mate, i know:( just dont have the time/money for her.
what with modding my astra and building a tvr this kinda has to be at the back of the cue.
Also to mention other than the last 4months or so, it has been garage kept its whole life.

I had a similar nova to yours for sale last year but it was a 1200 GL.
Sold for mega bucks and then some kids trashed it for the old boy who was restoring it :mad:
The older ones are much better built !!!!!

Same as my first car, but mine was 1200 OHC. Colour is leaf green (though mine was sprayed MG british racing green.
Wish I could afford that!

Had quite alot of interest in her, alot of people looking for something like this aparently, but with times being as hard as they are everyone is saying the same thing, no cash :(

Thanks, when i took these pictures, was the first time i really got stuck into having a look for problems etc, tbh saw virtually nothing wrong with it, at lot less than what people expect.

If you are expecting £1500, then fair enough, but you may be in for a bit of a wait.
If you are wiling to accept (substantially) less then say so, otherwise this thread will be 15 pages will drivel.

im not in a rush to sell mate, i cant be bothered with putting a price on it that people will keep trying to knock down,i have been told it could be worth 1200quid but dont expect that so i would rather have some offers put my way, 15 pages of drivel or not, i dont mind:)
I hope this helps, but my 58k 1.2 Merit was in similar if not the same condition, completely standard. I paid £600. I would put yours slightly higher as age and rarity says so. £1000+ might be and ask though.
its only got a price like that so people DO make me an offer, i had to have a price as per forum rules so putting a price on it like that means people do offer. well they offer then dnt reply lol
Might just be easier to list what price you think its worth or what you feel is a reasonable price for it. As im sure when people see 'offers' they will just offer a silly price to see if you will accept it.
the offers iv recieved by PM some are very reasonable but they never come back when i wanna talk more lol, the ad is still gettin me PMs atm but if not will adjust accordingly, thing is someone might offer me what they think is a silly price, i may well accept it?

Would it not just be easier to put what sort of money you would like for it? as putting "£1500 for the rules sake" doesnt really give anyone an idea of what you want for it. :thumb:
