a palet with 9 wheels, rear beam, front hubs and front brakes.

I use interparcel, they are the people i use to send wheels around the uk.

as above, and http://www.pallex.co.uk/ they specialise in pallets & I bet they might just have the odd lorry going down into kent accasionally....
