This is the setup I had made up for Mine, Keiths and Martin Weavers Nova's.

Intercooler, Radiator and Oil Cooler. No cutting of the bumper needed and just a trim of the slats needed.

^^^ Thats an ideal world scenario but did cost you the moolaa which Benn doesn't wan't to spend tho. Friggin awesome tho all the same!!!!

I think you're making far more of this than you needto Benn. Re-locate your rad 1st to the middle mounting your fan and finding out your clearance. You can then draw a line across the bottom panel like so...

Cut across that line then you can either L shape plate into it or come straight down. Will also give you a chance to Waxoyl all inside the crossmember ;)

Get your cardboard out and start making boxes!

There's shed loads of ICs under a ton that would go in...

This is i dont really wanna have to cut the cross member anless i really have too. If i have too then i have no prob.
