redtop engine wont start

so i gave the car a wash and didnt start after that theirs sparking at all 4 leads the fuel rail has fuel init but the injectors are not triggering (took the rail off and nothing coming out of the injectors) and idea what can stop the injectors from trigering (after a wash) the car was fine befor the wash

sorry for delay guys i havent taken the plugs off yet ill give it a go tomara some time
the car was not washed under the bonet but water ran down the bonet some into the air filter
