been searching for a decent set of SRI red/grey recaros to go in my flair ever since i bought it in april but no luck. do these seats even exist?!!

so i have been toying with the idea of getting some fiesta RS turbo recaros and retrimming the centre in some vauxhall 'zipper' fabric to match the rest of the interior.

what do u lot think i should do? wait to find some minter SRI seats or go with the fiesta ones, find some zipper fabric and retrim the centres (which would be a lot of hassle and cost i should think but would be much better)

i reckon you should put in the rs turbo seats as they may cost you more now but they are the comfiest fcuking seats around so it wud be worth it in the long run.i have an sri whole interior for sale.

Yeah, go for the Fiesta ones. Although my mate just trashed his Golf GTi Mk2, and hes got some gorgeous half-leather grey recaros in there. I'm toying with pinching them and putting them in my car.

The Nova SR and GSi seats are actually Recaros, not many people know that. Well, the frame is a Recaro frame, the actual seat is just a different design to that of the Fiesta/Escort Recaros.

It's up to you at the end of the day. See what you can afford. It might not be as cheap or easy as you think to try and match the RS recaros to the material already in your car.

What's the point? You'll fit the RS recaros and re-trim them in the Nova fabric - they'll look almost identical to the Nova ones then! Might as well just fit the Nova ones.

And if you're going to the hassle of re-trimming, might as well make it leather. Or tweed. Or something else.

Chances are there will be a stamp on the frame, but it's probably covered by fabric :|
