its a L reg corsa 1.2. the temp gauge does not work. car gets up to temp ok and heaters work fine? any thoughts?:thumb:

Check the sensor wire, its on the end of the inlet manifold nearish the alt.

ither the sensor has broken ive had two go on me or the wire has corroded to much but yeh there usually stuck on the left hand side of the inlet manifold, With blue wire attaching to it

Could be a badly corroded contact!

the senders can fail

earth the wire at the sensor and the gauge will read full. then its the sensor at fault

checked the contact etc seams fine will earth it and try that.

would of repped you but ive to spread it around!
