over fueling???

i went lookin at an 1.4sr im interested in that ive been told has a problem with the carb. the car runs an drives alright till you give it some an it bogs out like it wants to go but theres a big sted head holdin onto your car. whats causin this an how easy would it be to sort? (ps. there isnt really a sted head involved)

Standard filter in the carb blocked perhaps.

Sounds like a blockage somewhere along the line. Check the carb over for a blocked jet. Or a block in the fuel filter.
