Yeah, people fit webber 40s to these all the time. just need the t40 manifold and the alternator bracket that goes with it iirc. bish bash bosh, job done. hahahaha. tbh it runs as sweet as a nut on the injection and is a lot more reliable/user friendly then a set of snorting DCOEs......... imo. Webbers do look better and sound fooking awesome though! :-)
hi mate, what else would i need to run this in a 1.2spi?

You'd need nothing? I think? pretty sure the spi fuel tank/pump would be good enough. Five speed gearbox would be necessary, unless you swopped the flywheel off yours and fitted the four speed. Actually I bet that would make a good car! Round town anyway, plenty enough grunt to pull those wider gears. and you'll be powering on while everyone else is changing gear
you would need to change the fuel pump for a mpi one from a corsa/astra. and the 4speed box would problery bolt onto the engine and i think the clutch/flywheel are the same.
would you be prepared to deliver mate?
