i have a sparco steering wheel on my car and its got know wiring connections for the horn. only the horn button, it has a calibra engine in it.
do i need i a calibra horn for it?

1.does the horn work????
2. you do not need a calibra horn. you can fit one if you want to.

no the horn doesnt work.
ermm just thought about connecting to the wiring loom, wudnt it be easier

do you mean at the steering wheel there is no wires coming out the boss.

you take the wiring along with the plastic bit off a vauxhall wheel and it should pop on the back of the boss.

Usually you would take the slip ring plate off the original steering wheel(Mounts with two pegs into the wheel) and swap it to the new aftermarket boss. The wires come off the slip ring and to your horn push

yeh well there is a not a sight of wiring anywhere so just guna go to scrappy and get a full horn and the wiring from there

haha. were abouts is the horn mounted underneath the bonnet which produces the sound??

maybe bolted to the gearbox but if the engines been changed could be anywhere but you cant miss it.
