can you buy the window panels for a corsa already cut to size iirc there is a extra ridge in them aswell

Go down a GM dealer and ask. Whilst your there, get a part number & price for me as I could do with a pair for my Norsa Van conversion lol lol

get some steel sheet & remove the windows then use them as a template.
bond them back in. paint them

that is what i fort of doing but i thought there a a extra crease around them but i looked and there isnt

You know I have google images "fort" saved in my favourites now lol
