hi chaps got a set of spax coilovers on the nova with standard springs which springs do yous recommend for thefront and what weight is proven best cheers.

You should ask Spax what poundage the springs are that come with the kit.

I had 250s on my old avo coilovers, felt ok but not had anything else. (apart from gmax and that was just dangerous!)
