to be fair you do need a reputable place to do it as they can either be done very well or extremely poorly.

have a think of how you want the edge of the bonnet top look (i.e. the bit covering the lights, quite a few different ones going around

straight diagonal wedge shaped (fox look)

a bit rounder to change shape of lights

two circular shapes cut out to make it a bit like quadlights (but not if u get me)

do summat different!

but yeah id go for one

I made the bad boy bonnet for the flying machine(but I had to because the Mondeo lights :twisted: ). Go for it, I found it a bit of p!ss mind you after the work on the flying machine anything is easy :roll:

I love Bad Boy bonnets. I'd get one tomorrow if they wern't such an arse to do. I asked loads of peeps when I went to a billing show and most of them said how much of a pain in the arse they are. If you can get somewhere to do one at a fair price, then go for it.

how do people open the bonnet off the catch?

Cut a small section out the grille in front of the catch, but so it's just above the edge of the leading bonnet lip/edge. So it doesn't show.

i have been told by one of my mates to try essexracing cuz they mould in a ferrari f50 or evo 6 vent etc... with the bad boy bonnet.worth checking them out guys if you are looking for a bad boy bonnet with a scoop included :D
