Im in agony and carnt sleep:(

hi people i come back from the doctors at 10:20 am today after no sleep whatsoever last night with such thing called glandula fever/bacterial infection,
Im on iburofen and penacillin i really am still in pain after the specified dose i should take, symptoms: i feel week constantly light headed-temprature havnt eaten in a day which i usually have 3 meals a day and tbh its really getting at me that i carnt do nothing i feel like an absolute invalid witha sore throat!
all im after is has anybody else had this horrible thing and could give me any pointers to how they slept etc got over it?

I carnt say it is, i am up and sitting down-but i know if i get up my head is going to feel like it being sqeezed in the middle of two jcb buckets

i cant really rember mate lol it was a while ago now. i think i just used to have soup, its not easy to have but its easier than having a propper dinner and it doesn't hurt as much. Get well soon mate :thumb:
