i have heard many ways:
heat it with a gun and peel off and then buff the double sided tape
but what is the best for removing bump strips and badges  as i dont want any marks left :)
cheers
Pull strips off, and clean glue off with a fudge wheel.

Heat Gun A Filler Spreader And Some Glue Remover !!
Fudge wheel for sure, i read about them on here. Tried it and they work so well, so much easier that heat guns.
Dental floss is good if you can't just pull them off , or if you wanted to keep them in a useable condition.
