I delivered one load of bricks to a remote holiday cottage development.
I had written instructions to this place cos it was way off the map. I had 500hp & was going up a steep hill in first gear at around 3mph....... when this landrover came hurtling up the hill, pulled across in front of me & stopped. the farmer got out & told me that I was lost!!!!!!! I pointed out that as he didn't know where I was going, that maybe I wasn't.. he looked at my load ticket & said that I was on the right road & he left. I tried to set off, & sat there spinning. so I had to reverse back down the hill for about 3/4 mile till I got back on the level to have another go....
