My exhaust has broken 3 times now, all stress fractures, not rusty at all.

Getting annoyed having to weld it every other week.

Is it trying to tell me I have a sloppy engine mount?

is it bolted to the bottom of the engine.

no, 4 branch comes down, next contact with the body is at the 2 rubber mounts near the rear, whole thing is 1 piece.

Fit A Flexi In There!!!!!! . The Best Place Is Where The Manifold Meets The Centre Section.

im guessing its breaking at the back end of the downpipe region ?
sounds like it doesnt have enough support if theres no rubber mounts till the back end of the car. or the rear mounts its connected to are too much of a stretch for the pipe.
or maybe your just too brutal with your right foot lol

As above, fit a flexi joint to get the stress off the exhaust.

on a std installation, there is a mount bracket to the rear engine mount, then there is a semi flexible (cone, cup & 2 spring bolts) joint before the rear system. if this isn't there, it will keep breaking.
