you can resize, change resolution and file size of it on there

Just open up microsoft paint and do it in there, thats what i do

i am a software program running within novaload - i created an image of the perfect face and used it as my avatar...

or back in the real world.. Web cam mate - sit in front of computer and pose looking at myself on screen then copy and paste into photoshop - then add same effects to the pictures to keep them looking similar style wise... resize so height is 80, copy - paste into 80x80 box... switch to grey scale... alter brightness/contrast to -20 bright & +40 contrast...

done. :D
